Days begin with varied morning meditations. Most days have midmorning and an afternoon session. In addition, Week 1 will include one schedule-free quiet day, plus a few activities and meals held in silence. Week 2 will include two quiet days. Except for sessions and meals, you live at your own pace. Be anchored while you climb high ridges, soak in the hot tub, explore ancient Gallina ruins, nap, swim, sleep under shooting stars, and hang out with the world's most interesting people, your fellow participants. The 5 Element Cycle and Oneness Our food is simple, delicious and is consciously prepared to keep you in balance. We use 90% organic food and offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The second week this year is for people who have been to AIS and want to deepen their experiences. A few activities and meals are held in silence, allowing deepened awareness of land, sky, plants, animals, each other and all things, physical and non-physical. Massage therapy, acupuncture, and energy work are often available for a resonable fee.
